What exactly is Mailivery warm-up doing?
Mailivery connects to your mailbox and exchanges warm-up emails with other inboxes in our network. It checks if your warmup emails end up in spam or promotions tab. If they do, Mailivery moves them to the main inbox, marks them as safe, and replies to them positively. This process helps convince spam filters that your emails are trustworthy and improves your email delivery.
How does your pricing plan work with sharing emails per day?
Our pricing structure is straightforward: connect as many mailboxes as you like as long as it's within the plans daily warm-up limit. Unlike other warmup services, we won't charge you for each email account you connect.
For example, if you subscribe to the professional plan with 600 warm-up limit per day, you can connect 60 mailboxes at 10 warm-up emails a day for each mailbox (totaling 600) or any variation of speed as long as total volume is 600 or below.
Do you have an API for email warm-up?
Yes. We offer a REST API that lets you connect mailboxes (Microsoft 365, Gmail, SMTP, SendGrid), start or pause warm-up, adjust daily volume and ramp-up settings, pull health score and activity metrics, and receive webhook notifications for key mailbox and warm-up events.

How many warm-up emails per day do I need?
If mainly sending cold emails, our recommendation is to keep a 1:1 ratio of cold emails to warm-up. So if you're sending 50 cold emails per day, then your warm-up speed should be 50 warm-up emails a day as well. As for reply rate, 30% - 55% is sufficient.
Is a "mailbox" the same as a "user"?
No. A user is person with a unique login credentials to access Mailivery. A user can have multiple mailboxes (which we also refer to as inbox). Thus, a mailbox is one of your email accounts you connect to mailivery for warmup.

Why do you have a daily limit per connected inbox?
Mailivery's P2P email warmup tool is built for responsible email marketers and NOT for spammers who don't follow proper email standards. Therefore, we place a daily email limit per inbox to ensure we can keep a high quality P2P warmup network so our users can see positive impact of email warmup.
We'll continue to evaluate our network performance and increase daily limits per inbox on a quarterly basis if needed.
Our current limit for each inbox is 250 emails per day.
