Zach Ruhl is the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer at Maia. He was previously the VP of Sales and Commercial Strategy at Bonterra, a leading software provider in the social good space, where he oversaw annual Sales targets of $10m+ and a team of 30+ Sales executives. Zach holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota and a M.B.A from the Kellogg School of Management.
Daniel Harp is the Chief Technology Officer at Maia. He brings deep experience building and scaling engineering teams and high-reliability systems. He has led the development of modern platform architectures, implemented robust CI/CD and QA frameworks, and delivered production-grade infrastructure for complex, data-driven applications in both the HealthTech and FinTech spaces.
Eric Lau is a Board Member at Maia. He is an experienced and highly driven commercial leader specializing in developing deep customer relationships and growth strategy. Eric holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Illinois @ Urbana-Champaign and a M.B.A from the Kellogg School of Management.
Anson Antony is the Vice President of Machine Learning at Maia. He was previously doing research projects in Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning at Northeastern University, and has been an engineer at multiple Healthtech startups. Anson holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Savitribai Phule Pune University and a M.S in Computer Science from Northeastern University.
Joseph Oladokun is a Machine Learning Engineer at Maia. He previously worked as a Data Scientist at Asana, where he fine-tuned open-source LLMs on sales call transcripts and built probabilistic models for pipeline optimization. Prior to that, Joseph spent over two years as a Data Scientist at Helium Health, where he engineered NLP models to transform clinical notes into structured ICD-10 and RxNorm codes. He is a Correlation One Data Science Fellow.
Brandon Siegel is a Frontend Engineer at Maia. He comes to the team from Henry Meds, a healthtech company, where he served as a Senior Frontend Engineer. Brandon has five+ years of experience across frontend and full-stack roles, including work at Revaly where he built a collaborative 3D model web application, and Reliv International where he overhauled checkout architecture to support international transactions.
